Rewrite preparation for 0.65
- (done) Add toggle button to fix pixel ratio
- (done) Add toggle button to fix resolution ratio.
- (done) Add a label displaying the current ratio
- (done) Move "image span box" from "image size" to "image area" section

What do you think of a step by step tuto for some video format ( something like PAL / NTSC / MUSE / Video host / Dvd / Image/Image with transparency ... ) ?
